Matt Endsley is new to the firm in 2026. He joined the Navy after high school at the age of nineteen and spent the next ten years as an air traffic controller, before obtaining his business degree and joining the corporate world. After that, he spent 18 years in the business world, twelve of that being a business owner before receiving his law degree.

He then moved to Pueblo Colorado where he worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the 10 th Judicial District of Colorado, prosecuting misdemeanor cases in county court, eventually returning to Houston to pursue his passion for immigration law.

Mr. Endsley’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Texas in 2006, a Master of Business Administration
from the University of Houston in 2011, a bachelor’s in Religious Studies from the University of Houston in 2020, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024. While at UHLC, he spent a semester in the Immigration Clinic, where he
assisted with various immigration cases.
